Pastor Clark and his amazing wife Caton are both third-generation Norfolk natives and have a deep desire to see the City of Norfolk transformed by the truth and grace of Jesus.
Clark started his career in a group of family businesses, but over time the Holy Spirit called him into lay and then full-time pastoral ministry, where he developed his passion for discipleship, worship leading, pastoral counseling, and recovery ministries. When time allows, he enjoys playing guitar, camping, hunting, sports, and general love for the great outdoors! Clark and Caton have been married since 2005 and have three wonderfully crazy kiddos (Joshua, Leland, and Reese).

Ben is a multi-instrumentalist and producer who loves creating, curating and performing music.
Coming from a family of worship leaders, it was only natural that Avniel (Avi) began his music career at a young age.
As an upcoming artist, Avi found little fulfillment in the world of secular music and, as a result, focused on the one thing that always fulfilled him, Worship. Avi soon became a leader with Young Life, where he developed a love for discipleship and preaching the gospel to young adults through word and song.
As a worship leader, Avi’s goal is to use music to help people worship and share the life-changing Gospel of Jesus.
Ben and his wife Hannah have a huge heart for youth ministry.
Ben grew up at Tab but felt a deep desire to return after college. He desires for every student to be known and loved at Tab.
