For all event forms, please complete the correct form below with as much information as possible. Your event will not be confirmed until your form is submitted and a signed form is returned to you via email.

Church Event
We want to help and support you and the local community with your small event. While we are not an event venue, we do offer spaces for events, such as meetings, luncheons, prayer groups, workshops and Bible studies.
NCS Event
We partner with Norfolk Christian Schools for chapels, awards ceremonies, graduations and other special events. This form is solely for requests to Tab Church by Norfolk Christian School.
Wedding
We offer both indoor and outdoor settings to fit your wedding ceremony, as well as an indoor atrium for a reception. A bride and groom room are available, if requested.
Funeral
We want to serve and support you and your family during your time of grief. We can provide music, play a slideshow and offer a space for a reception for family and friends following the service.
Maintenance Request Form
The Maintenance Request Form can be used by employees, members, attendees and volunteers when they see a need for maintenance in the church. This work request form helps the church to keep up with what needs to be fixed or repaired, another great way to communicate.
