TABLADIES

TabLadies is a group of multi-generational women who meet together regularly for the purpose of equipping women with the simplicity of the Gospel in order to foster authentic relationships as we journey through life together. We do this by using Gospel-centered resources presented In various environments ranging from one-on-one mentorship, large group community gatherings, engaging and fun fellowship opportunities, as well as conferences, retreats, and small group Bible studies.

The mission of the TabLadies Ministry is to:

  • Help women develop authentic relationships, through one-on-one or small group mentorship, that focuses on growing in biblical truth of what womanhood looks like in today’s culture. (Titus 2:3-4)


  • Do life together (Acts 2:42-47) by meeting monthly to study God’s Word and for prayer.


  • Push through boundaries to share God’s story from Norfolk to the nations by incorporating service/outreach opportunities for women to participate in throughout the year.

TabLadies Resources:

Women are incredibly multitalented humans who juggle many different tasks at once. Knowing how to effectively and easily ground oneself in God’s Word is highly important. Here are a few of our favorite gospel-centered digital resources, most if not all have free versions available.


  • You Version Bible App. A free Bible app that offers a vast variety of free daily devotionals as well as several translations of the Bible.


  • RightNow Media. Tab has purchased a RNM subscription that provides you with free access to its online digital content. The content of RNM is all biblically based and gospel-centered. Content ranges from Bible studies, cartoon programs for children, as well as other gospel-centered programming. If you do not have an account, go to tab.today/right-now to sign up for a free account.


  • IF:Equip. IF:Equip is for women only. Take the concept of hard copy Bible study books and think daily and digital. IF: Equip has several Bible studies available that you can read daily from your device and record your response in space provided. It has the videos linked for easy access with the opportunity available to connect with women all over the world.


  • TBN’s show “Better Together.” Take a deeper dive into relevant topics that we face into today’s cultural and grow in your biblical understanding of how to approach such topics in your own life.
