A diverse group of couples and singles 40’s and up from many walks of life that enjoys authenticity and food! We use the Immerse Bible reading experience, weekly sermon guide or other topics of interest for discussions. We work around busy schedules to support one another and just love to be together!

This LifeGroup is designed for married couples navigating the busy, joy-filled season of raising young children. Meeting regularly to study God’s Word and support one another, the group offers a relaxed and understanding environment where parents can connect, share, and be refreshed. Through honest conversation, practical encouragement, and meaningful community, couples find a place to grow in their faith, strengthen their marriages, and build lasting friendships with others in the same stage of life.

A 50’s and up adult group made up of singles and couples. We enjoy doing the Immerse Bible reading together. At times we reflect on the Sunday sermon and often use a series or studies from RightNow Media for weekly discussions. We find that as we invest in each other, study God's Word, and celebrate life, we grow spiritually too.
Keana Love

This is a group of young adults and working professionals that enjoy having fun and engaging in authentic community in a comfortable environment while growing spiritually. This is a safe place for those newer to their walk with Christ as well as those looking to go deeper in their faith journey. We are excited to learn and grow with each other.
Tawana Love

An eclectic group of adult women who have a shared loved of God's Word. Women range from their 40's-70's and are married, divorced, single - some with children and some without. They meet weekly for a time of prayer, fellowship and either do a book or Bible study together.

Looking to build real friendships and grow in your faith alongside other young married couples? Whether you’re just starting your marriage journey, navigating life with little ones, or don’t have kids, you’ll find a place to belong here. We meet weekly to laugh, learn, and do life together, supporting one another through every season. In addition to our couple meetups, we mix things up with guys-only and ladies-only events to strengthen friendships and have some fun.

A group of working and retired adults ages 55 and up. We start with dessert and a time of fellowship and typically use the sermon guide for discussion. We are a praying group and love to pray for and support missions and our global workers.

A group of women who meet weekly to discover God’s story through the Bible and discuss the Sunday sermon. They maintain contact with a global worker and use their time together to pray for and support the workers while they are serving away from Virginia.

This LifeGroup is a vibrant, supportive community for young married couples raising young children and navigating the early years of family life. The group meets regularly to study Scripture, share real-life struggles and victories, and encourage one another in both marriage and parenting. With a warm, judgment-free atmosphere, couples can find practical wisdom, meaningful friendships, and a place to catch their breath while growing together in Christ. Whether they’re new parents or expanding their family, this group offers connection and strength for the journey.

We are a large group of mostly retired and senior adults (married and singles). We rotate who leads the discussion each week and typically use the sermon guides for discussions. We love to get together for special events and activities and just enjoy each other!

A warm, family-centered group made up mostly of parents with school-aged children, meeting every other week to pause, connect, and grow together in God’s Word. In the midst of busy schedules, homework, and activities, the group creates space for encouragement, honest conversation, and practical truth that families can carry into their homes.

This ladies’ LifeGroup is a welcoming and uplifting community where women of all ages gather each week to study God’s Word, support one another, and grow in their walk with Christ. Through meaningful discussion, prayer, and genuine friendship, the group creates a safe and encouraging space to share life’s joys and challenges. Whether someone is new to church or has been in faith for years, she will find connection, encouragement, and a place to belong among this caring circle of women.
Middle School
When: Sundays @ 10am
Where: Tab Church, 2nd Floor TabYouth Wing
TabYouth consists of two LifeGroups, each led by dedicated leaders who guide students through age-appropriate curriculum designed to help them grow spiritually and take the next steps in their faith journey. The Middle School LifeGroup meets on Sunday mornings from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the TabYouth Wing.
High School
When: Thursdays @ 6pm
Where: Pastor Craig's house; within 5 miles of Tab
TabYouth consists of two LifeGroups, each led by dedicated leaders who guide students through age-appropriate curriculum designed to help them grow spiritually and take the next steps in their faith journey. The High School LifeGroup meets on Sunday evenings from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Pastor Craig's house.
What is a LifeGroup?
LifeGroups at Tab Church embrace unity in Christ, championing the values of doing life together (Acts 2:42-47) and clearing the path to Jesus (Acts 15:19). Despite differences in opinions, backgrounds, and struggles, we focus on love, support, and the common ground of pursuing a relationship with God.

Where do I start?
Start with a core group for fellowship—like a meal or hangout—at a time that works for everyone, leaving space for others to join. Use early gatherings to choose how you’ll communicate (group chat, email, etc.) and assign simple roles if helpful. Contact Pastor Will Davidson with any questions.
